Pre- wedding Day

We’ll start your wedding excitement with a planning session
You can expect us to:

Arrange three planning sessions and one follow-up meeting, which includes a site visit and a timeline meeting scheduled 10 days before the wedding day
Answer all questions and provide insight on all wedding day details

Need help with creating a budget?
we can assist you and:

Discuss wedding budget management and contract negotiation
Establish and manage the overall wedding budget
Make cost-saving recommendations throughout the planning process

We’re ready to:

Recommend and assist with selecting all wedding vendors
Schedule/accompany vendors on venue-site walk through, if necessary
Communicate and meet regularly with vendors for status updates
Review and negotiate contracts from vendors to ensure the best price possible
Arrange caterer and bakery tastings
Confirm all vendor services before the wedding
Create a vendor contact information sheet

Wedding design, decor, and detail management

Work with you to define the overall wedding concept including theme, style, and colors

Recommend and assist in selecting ceremony and reception venues

Finalize the timeline in a dedicated meeting, confirming details and times, leaving everyone feeling confident and ready for the joyous wedding day ahead.
Distribute your completed timeline to all vendors

It’s Time to Rehearse

It’s Almost Wedding Day! But first let’s get ready to get married.
On Rehearsal day, we will:

Oversee your processional and recessional with officiant and wedding party
Review the roles of everyone in your wedding party
Distribute wedding day timeline and contact information of the wedding planner to the wedding party
Coordinate any final payments for vendors
Collect important items for the event, such as a card box, guest book, cake knife/topper, toasting flutes, programs, favors, and more.
Answer any last minute questions you have about your event
Put you and your wedding party at ease!

The Special Day.

Wedding Day

Experience the magic as we seamlessly bring every detail together.

Pre-Ceremony
We will:

Arrive to reception site 3 hours prior to the event start time (Lead Planner & Associate)
Supervise all vendor deliveries and setups
Ensure chairs have been set
Place aisle runners, programs, unity ceremony items, tissues, etc.
Set-up guestbook, place cards, photos, menus, favors, cake knife/topper, champagne flutes, etc.
Address any issues that may arrive

Ceremony
We’re excited to:

Distribute bridal flowers and/or boutonnieres if not delivered earlier in the day
Communicate with the DJ/musicians for ceremony music
Line up your wedding party
Coordinate the location of the ushers, attendants, family
Coordinate and time the processional of the wedding party and soon-to-be married couple!

Pre-Reception:
We will:

Direct your guests to cocktail hour
Have food and beverage waiting for you for your sneak peak of the reception space
Bustle your dress, if desired
Gather your wedding party at the end of cocktail hour for your reception introductions

Reception:
We’re ready to:

Direct your guests to the reception space
Coordinate vendors for announcements, first dances, and toasts
Get you any beverages you would like
Time your cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter, formal exit
Distribute any final payments and gratuities to vendors
Supervise the married couple’s exit
Place end -of-the-night favors
Help load gifts, personal items, keepsake items, etc. into designated vehicles and assigned persons
