Pre- wedding Day

We’ll start your wedding excitement with a client consultation.
We will:

  • Discuss your ideas and answer questions about your upcoming celebration.
  • Provide ongoing advice and expertise on the wedding day planning process
  • Respond by email, phone, and text communication
  • Provide a list of websites, local bridal magazines, expos, as needed
  • Provide a Wedding Planning Checklist to keep you on track
  • Provide a Tipping Guideline sheet for vendor gratuities

We’re happy to:

  • Plan your decor to coordinate with your wedding day vision
  • Recommend and work with vendors for lighting, draping, furniture, etc.

  • Recommend and assist with selecting all wedding vendors
  • Communicate regularly with vendors for status updates

The Timeline a.k.a. Wedding day gold!

Crafting a seamless wedding experience begins with the meticulous creation of your wedding day timeline, ensuring every moment unfolds perfectly.
The timeline is a golden thread, that ensures vendors stay on course and lets you savor every precious moment of your special day.

We are happy to:

  • Create your magical personalized wedding day timeline
  • Conduct a final timeline meeting to confirm details and timings, ensuring everyone is prepared and excited for the big day.
  • Distribute your completed timeline to all vendors
  • Create ceremony and reception floor plans and seating charts

It’s Time to Rehearse

It’s Almost Wedding Day! But first let’s make sure everyone’s ready to go.
On Rehearsal day, we will:

  • Oversee your processional and recessional with officiant and wedding party
  • Review the roles of everyone in your wedding party
  • Distribute wedding day timeline and contact information of the wedding planner to the wedding party
  • Coordinate any final payments for vendors
  • Gather essential wedding day items, including a card box, guest book, cake knife/topper, toasting flutes, programs, favors, and more, to ensure a smooth and memorable event.
  • Answer any last minute questions you have about your event 
  • Put you and your wedding party at ease!

Wedding Day

We’re here to take the stress away and let you enjoy the moment!

We will:

  • Arrive to reception site 3 hours prior to the event start time (Lead Planner & Associate)
  • Supervise all vendor deliveries and setups
  • Ensure chairs have been set
  • Place aisle runners, programs, unity ceremony items, tissues, etc. 
  • Set-up guestbook, place cards, photos, menus, favors, cake knife/topper, champagne flutes, etc. 
  • Address any issues that may arrive
  • Set up of all decor
  • Manage vendors to ensure services are rendered to your specifications
We’re excited to:
  • Distribute bridal flowers and/or boutonnieres if not delivered earlier in the day
  • Communicate with the DJ/musicians for ceremony music
  • Line up your wedding party
  • Coordinate the location of the ushers, attendants, family
  • Coordinate and time the processional of the wedding party and soon-to-be married couple!
We will:
  • Direct your guests to cocktail hour
  • Have food and beverage waiting for you for your sneak peak of the reception space
  • Bustle your dress, if desired
  • Gather your wedding party at the end of cocktail hour for your reception introductions

We’re ready to:

  • Direct your guests to the reception space
  • Coordinate vendors for announcements, first dances, and toasts
  • Get you any beverages you would like
  • Time your cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter, formal exit
  • Distribute any final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Supervise the married couple’s exit
  • Place end -of-the-night favors
  • Help load gifts, personal items, keepsake items, etc. into designated vehicles and assigned persons
  • * Every planning package includes access to our wedding day emergency kit, complete with essentials like safety pins, stain remover, scissors, and more. *
